ATTENTION PARENTS

Are you aware of the new Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Booster Shot requirement? All students in grades 7 and above are required to have a Pertussis booster shot before school starts in August 2011. If students have not had the booster shot, then they cannot attend school. Please be sure to make arrangements to get this booster shot and provide the school with proof of the vaccine. Employee Benefits Open Enrollment for the 2011-12 School Year

The 2011-2012 Open Enrollment period for employee benefits starts on April 18, 2011 and ends on May 27, 2011. Beginning this year employees are able to change their medical benefits from any computer with internet access through the Benefit Bridge program during the open enrollment period. 2011-2012 Employee Health & Welfare Rate Sheets

Benefit rate sheets for the 2011-2012 school year are now posted for all PUHSD Employees. CLICK HERE to download the updated rate sheets for PSEA, CSEA & Confidential Management employees. Also, remember that open enrollment will begin on Monday, April 18th.

PUHSD's Annual Health Fair

If you are a PUHSD employee, save the date for this year's Health Fair on Monday, May 16th. The Health Fair will be held in the Heritage High School Gymnasium from 12 PM to 5:30 PM.
