Terminal Programs

Post by jaydenshutt »

Before Choice 2000 was connected to the internet, we used terminal programs to dial into the Choice 2000 BBS system. MajorBBS then later Worldgroup Server.

In the earlier days, I dabbled with Qmodem Pro. Someone mentioned it in Teleconference at some point.

Maybe I had a shareware version? I don't recall.

I think maybe a student at choice was the kid of either the owner of Mustang Software, or perhaps a software engineer at Mustang Software.

Very vague recollection in my memory, but I ended up visiting their house and noticed WildCat! BBS posted all over the walls in the garage, and a Mustang Software banner.

Rough memory since this was probably 25 years ago (1995)?
